Join us at Kiln for an insightful small group workshop where you'll discover how to apply the 4 Stages of the Change Cycle as developed by best-selling author and life coach, Martha Beck. Gain valuable tools and strategies to embrace change and thrive in times of uncertainty. Learn to identify what stage of change you are in currently, what you most need in that stage, and what to expect in the stages to follow.
This workshiop is a great opportunity to build community, make authentic connections, and deepen your relationship with yourself. Please bring a journal and pen.
About the facilitator
Robynne Weaver offers private and coaching and group workshops online and in-person in Portland, Oregon. She holds a Masters degree in Transformative Leadership from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, is a Certified Life Coach through The Life Coach School and is a current Wayfinder in Martha Beck's Training Program.
