About this Event
By the end of this session, learners will develop skills that will support them to influence change and advocate for their organisation. Learners will be able to:
Identify how the choices they make can influence the emotions and behaviours of others, and how this can impact potential conflict.
Recognise key models and how to utilise them to develop an influencing approach in both internal and external situations.
Describe how effective communication skills can be used to support mutually positive outcomes during negotiation and influencing scenarios.
Explain how to use both non-verbal and verbal communication skills effectively during difficult conversations.
Museum Development Midlands (MDM) and Ted Learning are partnering up to help build resilience during these challenging times.
