Working too much, too hard, having expectations that are too high, a divorce, the 80h work week, the children, Covid, everything and anything that is outside of your control.
When the circumstances that supposedly create Burnout are out of our control, it's no wonder we fear burning out.
This workshop suggests an entirely new approach to the topics of Burnout and Imposter Syndrome.
Imposter Syndrome and Burnout hold each other's hands and when left unattended they like to ignite each other. Both are fundamentally created by the brain, no matter the circumstances. Your brain means well - learn to help it and join us in revolutionizing the Burnout Story.
Burnout is a portal. It's death to the parts of you that try to control your circumstances and emotionality with clenched teeth and it's life to the part of you that goes through the pain and provides themselves with safety in the process.
Burnout is the part where you grow. Burnout is the part where it hurts and where you learn that to have your back through the pain.
Burnout is not something to avoid and this workshop has been created to show you how to navigate it. How to rely on yourself through it.
