Navigating and Negotiating your Career

Wies’ training will be focused on giving the women / attendance the confidence and tools they need to pro-actively build their careers. By looking at what holds them back from doing so, and importantly: what mindset shifts and strategies they can employ to remove those barriers, the attendants will be empowered to have meaningful career conversations with their managers so that they can take important steps in their career.
