Charis has extensive experience in driving impactful transformations within organisations. Charis is a Director at Deloitte (2024 - ongoing) with wealth of experience in strategic planning, organisational development, change management, and leadership development. Charis has previously held positions in PwC as a Strategy and Operations Consultant (2018 - 2024), EY as a Performance Improvement Consultant (2015-2018), Axiom Consulting as a Business Development Manager and IBM as a Finance Lead (2008-2013).
Charis has facilitated training programs, workshops and advisory work with clients in relation to:
•Change Management| Aligning with leadership to strategically plan and drive change initiatives, achieving sustainable change through stakeholder communication and engagement.
•Strategic formulation and operationalisation| Setting strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guide organisational growth and success. Cascading strategy throughout the organisation (e.g. balanced scorecard framework), ensuring alignment with operational functions for effective implementation.
•Action Planning| Creating detailed action plans to achieve set objectives, driving accountability and progress tracking.
•Governance and Organisational Structure| Developing governance models (incl. board structure, composition, charter, practices, agenda) and organisational structures (incl. structure, roles, levels, reporting lines) that align with strategic direction, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
•Performance Management| Designing performance management systems that encompass objectives, KPIs, and targets, to set clear performance expectations, drive accountability and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
•Policy and Business Procedures Development| Developing new policies and business procedures to standardise ways of working, ensure compliance and scale-up.
