About this Event
🌏 About the Workshop
In a world shaped by uncertainty and overlapping challenges, many of us try to make sense of what’s happening while continuing to show up for others. Along the way, we hold our own questions, fatigue, and hopes.
Navigating a Complex World: Walking Your Story offers space to pause, reconnect, and rediscover what sustains you: purpose, presence, and shared humanity.
đź’¬ What to Expect
This 3.5‑hour experience invites gentle reflection through storytelling, movement, and dialogue.
You’ll explore your own story and the tensions we all hold, also supporting others while navigating uncertainty ourselves.
We’ll reflect on questions such as:
- Who am I in this moment, in relation to the world and the people around me?
- What struggles am I carrying, and what continues to give me hope?
- How do I show up, not as an expert, but as a human being?
Through guided exercises, you’ll reconnect with yourself and experience the quiet power of being in community.
This is not a space to fix or solve — but to listen, move, and remember how we might move forward with greater care and compassion, together.
