Feeling overwhelmed by constant change in the workplace or life in general? You're not alone. This interactive workshop uses the power of Lego® Serious Play® to equip you with the tools to not just survive change, but thrive in it.

No prior LEGO experience is needed! Lego® Serious Play® is a facilitated process that uses the versatility of Lego bricks to unlock your hidden potential. Through guided building exercises and storytelling, you'll gain valuable insights and build a roadmap for navigating change, brick by metaphorical brick.

What to Expect:

• A Warm Welcome: We'll start by introducing ourselves and getting comfortable with the LEGO Serious Play methodology.
• Building with Purpose: Throughout the workshop, you'll be presented with a series of challenges that will prompt you to build models using LEGO bricks. These challenges will focus on understanding your reactions to change, developing strategies for navigating it, and building resilience.
• Sharing & Learning: After each build phase, you'll have the opportunity to share your creations and insights with a small group. This is a safe space to express your thoughts and feelings, and learn from the perspectives of others.
• Group Discussions: We'll have facilitated discussions throughout the workshop to delve deeper into the themes of change, resilience, and personal growth.
• Action Planning: You'll leave the workshop with a personalized action plan, outlining specific steps you can take to navigate upcoming changes or build resilience in your life.
