About this Event
You will feel energized after a unique practice. The harmonious flow and rhythmic breathing will help you to concentrate and to find mental clarity. The teacher will guide your movements; singing in Sanskrit. And your breath; with hand clapping and percussion.
You will deepen the connection with your body practicing one of the 12 pre-designed sequences of the Navakaraṇa method. Gaining strength and flexibility, while cultivating tranquility in your mind.
