Anna Marie Simonsen is a clown and theatre maker from Oslo based in London. Currently touring her award-winning solo show Naughty. The show was performed at Camden People's Theatre (VAULT Festival 2022 transfer), Oslo fringe 2021, The Pleasance's Fringe Futures Festival 2021 and Brighton Fringe 2021. After graduating from Goldsmiths University in 2019 with a BA Drama and Theatre Arts, she directed the “innovative» (★★★★ The Scotsman) London hit Forbruker. The show sold-out at SOHO Theatre and Camden People's Theatre after a successful run at The Edinburgh Fringe. Anna Marie is a SOHO Theatre alumni and has been running free workshops (Clowning: celebrating failure) for women and non-binaries at The London Performance Studios.
