For most established and scaling businesses, it's common to lose sight of original purpose during the activities they are doing now. Original purpose and activity become misaligned. Yes, as the founder/leader you have experienced some success, but somehow things don’t sit right for where you need to head in the future. The original message is still there, but someone not translating in the method of delivery.
Darrell’s journey began by turning down a world-class opportunity of running an award-winning creative agency when he realised that the work, he was doing was more about ending life (working for tobacco and alcohol companies) than celebrating it. He made a purposeful choice and has since discovered many CEO’s and leaders are faced with similar choices.
Having made that decision, he took a team of volunteers within a charity and built a brand marketing agency with community impact as its core value. The agency outgrew the charity in which it was launched. Cre8ion have continued to grow from strength to strength, working with hundreds of businesses to bring alignment, and inspire CEO’s and business owners to refuel their passion with purpose.
