About this Event
Paula holds a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Western Michigan University and had worked as a therapist with children for over 35 years. Her passion for health and wellness led her to further her studies as a Naturopathic Doctor from Trinity College of Natural Health because of the growing epidemic of children with autism, allergies, ADHD, and other health related issues.
Paula believes healing comes from the inside out. “It’s as simple as eating healthy foods, taking care of the body emotionally, physically, and mentally, then the body will perform optimally and heal itself.”
Balance is the root of her philosophy, with digestive health being the “hub of the body” in which every health issue stems from. Paula specializes in digestive issues, hormonal balance, food sensitivities, and children’s issues. She has a naturopathic business, in which she conducts consultations along with speaking in the community regarding health and wellness.
