About this Event
The Dufferin/St. Clair branch and its neighbourhood is home to a variety of trees. Join City of Toronto Urban Forestry staff to explore the natural world on a local neighbourhood walk. Learn how to recognize different species and fun facts about their cultural and ecological importance.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver.
Please note, the tour will start and end at the Dufferin/St. Clair branch. The City of Toronto Urban Forestry staff outside and around the neighbourhood where there may be uneven, unpaved surfaces will guide attendees. Please dress and prepare accordingly for this outdoor program (e.g. hats, sunscreen, water, comfortable shoes). This program takes place rain or shine. In the event of severe inclement weather, please register with the branch to be notified of an alternative date.
