A space for you to embrace nature's signs, symbols and wisdom of the wild for self discovery and connection.
? Nature's Inspiration: Let the serene surroundings of the beautiful land inspire your creativity and imagination as you delve into the art of journaling amidst nature's embrace.
?️ Guided Journaling Sessions: Liz, your experienced facilitator, will guide you through reflective exercises, helping you connect with the natural world and unlock inner thoughts and emotions. Plus you'll have plenty of time to play and relax.
? Communal Sharing: You will be invited to share your insights and experiences with like-minded individuals in a supportive and nurturing environment of a sacred circle.
"Nature is the source of all true knowledge” and within these sessions I intend to provide you with space and time to tap into that.
Amenities:
Throughout the sessions we will have full use of the divine, handbuilt celtic roundhouse and fire pit, outdoor log circle and the abundantly beautiful site! Nestled right next to the Cynon river - it truly is a diverse, organic space of rewilding and reclaimation.
There are composting toilets, hot drinks will be provided and although the site is wild and rugged it is accessible and mainly flat.
Please note: this is a working site, so there will be other people and small livestock around although, we will have exclusive access to the roundhouse.
You will need:
A yoga mat or outdoor cushion, blanket, warm and waterproof clothing and shoes, a mug and a journal.
You are welcome to bring a camping chair should floor sitting or haybales not be suitable for you.
