Join Anne of Greenleaves Aromatherapy, and Diane (The Foraging Shamen), on a journey of connecting to essential oils and foraged plants for Wellbeing of Mind/Body/Spirit, during the autumn and winter periods. We begin by connecting in circle to our higher selves, using essential oils to open our hearts to receive what we are needing ♥️
🌺A wonderful day retreat in the magical surroundings of Dilston Physic Gardens. A time of meditations, essential oil and plant connections, journaling, a journey around the gardens (weather permitting).
🌺You will be blending x 2 aromatherapy blends bespoke to you , following our essential oil connections and exploration.
🌺We will invite you to connect with your higher selves for guidance, through plant and essential oil oracle cards, and other oracle and tarot cards (optional)
🌺We invite you to bring food to share for lunch as we gather in community , a fabulous way for connecting to each other. We will be providing drinks throughout the day. You will have the opportunity to create your own herbal teas, plus other beverages will be provided.
