
About this Event
You’re probably familiar with yoga, but have you ever tried it outside? Practicing yoga outdoors has a multitude of benefits. It provides fresh air, vitamin D, the peaceful sounds of nature, and beautiful views you can't find in a studio. It also cultivates a deeper connection to yourself, nature, and the universe, being immersed in it. Each session is led by instructor Ash Kollar and held at different outdoor locations in local parks.
Join us for a slow-flow nature yoga session at "The Flats" near the Silver Suspension Bridge in Mill Creek Metroparks. Slow-flow is a mindful movement practice that helps us connect with our body, breath, and mind. We will concentrate on moving with more awareness, balance, and grace while taking in the beauty of our surroundings. This class is open to all levels.

WHERE: Mill Creek MetroParks: Meet in The Flats parking lot next to the Silver Suspension Bridge on Valley Drive.
DETAILS: Sunscreen, water, and sunglasses are recommended. BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) and a towel for underneath.
