Welcome to the Nature Wellbeing: Forest Bathing and Autumn Crafts Workshop!
Come join us for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation in the beautiful setting of our private woodland in Rushcliffe Country Park. This workshop will focus on connecting with nature and improving your overall wellbeing. Whether you're looking to unwind, get creative or simply enjoy the outdoors, this event is perfect for you.
Our trained facilitator will guide you through a mindful, nourishing Forest Bathing session, encouraging you to connect to the vivid senses of the Autumn season. You will then have a chance to have a go at making your very own Autumn Crafts using nature's materials - more details to follow!
We will then finish with a cup of freshly foraged autumn tea, and (weather permitting) a cozy campfire.
