About this Event
We will stroll around the UF Field & Fork Farm & Garden and Lake Alice, explore the area, find wildlife, and use approaches from shinrin yoku—forest bathing—to feed the senses and promote feelings of awe, compassion and well-being. This session will end as the sun sets, providing a perfect opportunity to stay to watch the bats at the UF Bat Houses after the session. This offering is free and weather dependent. Free parking is available in the lot adjacent to the brick building to the west of the UF Bat Houses. We will gather in front of the brick building to start our walk together.
