Come as you are for a Flourishing Roots Wellness community nature hike! Let’s get some morning sun into our eyes while we walk at a slow pace taking in our surroundings. The trail is paved at Raccoon River so wear comfy shoes and dress in appropriate layers for the weather. Bring your own water, tea or coffee to sip on. Consider staying after the walk for a brief mindfulness meditation. Meeting point is the parking lot at the Raccoon River Nature Lodge.
In the event of severe weather or extreme temps, the nature walk will be cancelled.
