About this Event
Escape the concrete jungle and rediscover the natural wonders hidden right in Chicago’s backyard. We will gather at the architecturally stunning 35th Street Pedestrian Bridge at the synchronistic time of 11:11 AM to begin our journey.
Our event kicks off with a gentle, mindful nature walk. As we leave the hustle of the city behind, you’ll be treated to a unique perspective of Chicago where lush greenery meets the striking, iconic skyline. We will explore the hidden pockets of lakeside beauty that many city-dwellers miss, tuning our senses to the sounds of the water and the summer breeze.
The Yoga Practice
After anchoring ourselves in nature, we will unroll our mats for an all-levels yoga flow. Surrounded by beautiful panoramic views of the Chicago skyline and the vast open waters of Lake Michigan, this practice is designed to help you shake off stress, breathe in fresh lake air, and find your inner balance.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, this practice will meet you exactly where you are.
