About this Event
Prepare to awaken your senses and deepen your relationship with the natural world through sensory explorations that combine curiosity, connection, and community. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shrinrin Yoku, Forest Bathing encourages you to slow down, quiet your mind, and connect with nature. During our walk we’ll take time to be present and wander slowly as we notice the unique gifts that nature is offering. Our walk will conclude with a special tea ceremony!
Enter your day with an enlightened appreciation for Mother Nature. Together, lets celebrate this incredible planet we live on!
Your Guide- Shelli Smith is a Certified Master Naturalist & Nature/Forest Therapy Guide. She is also a Certified Stand Up Paddle Boarding Instructor! Stay tuned for her Guided Nature Paddle Event in May!
