Come find calm in the forest! A guided walk for those with limited fitness who want to feel the healing benefits of being in nature.
Experience a deeper connection with nature and be guided on a sensory journey with the land we walk upon. You are invited to feel the health benefits of being in nature while deepening our relationships with the earth and ourselves.

It's time to slow down and find CALM with us and the trees.

Lisa Murphy is a certified Forest Therapy Guide with Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.

We respectfully acknowledge that our gathering is on Kaurna Land traditionally owned by the Kaurna People.

We include light refreshments and tea at the conclusion of our session.

A list of essential and suggested comfort items and location/meet spot information will be emailed to attendees 48 hours prior to the event subject to the weather forecast.

Minimal fitness is required to join us however the terrain is uneven in places so both comfortable and removable footwear is encouraged.
