Step into the peace of the natural world with our Nature Therapy & Mindfulness Walks series. Through them we will tap into the seasonal cycles of Nature, while learning to use Mindfulness practices to help you unwind, reconnect, and find both mental clarity and balance. I invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and savor the restorative power of nature. This special series is exclusively for women, ages 18 and up, and runs for approximately 3 months, meeting every other week on Saturday mornings on a different and gentle trail within New Haven County. Each walk will take roughly 90 mins total, with stops along the way for guided exercises and mindfulness skills-building. These series will run year-round, enabling participants to experience the gifts of each season, for unique insights and connections. Join one or all!
