The Guildwood Butterflyway Project and Friends of Guild Park are co-hosting three free nature talks at the Pollinator Garden near the Sculptor’s Cabin this summer. This is the third in the series and will focus on Guild Park being on the migratory path of many birds and butterflies. All talks start at 10 am and end at noon.
Pre-registration is not required.
Seating is limited, so if possible, please bring a folding chair.
We will provide tents for shade!
We’re delighted to welcome Ann Brokelman, beloved Guildwood wildlife and bird enthusiast, as this session’s presenter. This talk will explore Guild Park’s vital role as a stopover point for migratory birds and butterflies, including magnificent species like raptors and Blue Jays as well as Monarchs and Red Admirals.
If we are lucky, she may even have some Monarchs to release!
MEETING POINT: The Sculptor's Cabin on the east side of the front parking lot, 201 Guildwood Parkway. Look for the tents!
