Nature Soundbath for Self-Care in the Park

Experience a gentle way to calm your mind and relax your body by connecting to nature’s sounds and sacred sound medicine with a soundbath in the park. Carve out one hour of your day to reset, clear your mind, and release stress so you can feel more focused, energized, and uplifted.

This 60-minute soundbath includes group sound healing and individualized energy work using light healing touch and essential oils to help clear your aura, mind, body, and spirit.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, water, and anything else that supports your comfort—including a light sheet or blanket to cover your body.

Energy Exchange is $25.
Children are free and must be accompanied by an adult.

Meet Jennifer Escalera - Jennifer is a Chicana Business Owner, Metaphysical Intuitive Practitioner, Teacher of Metaphysical Arts, and proud Mama. Her vision is to empower other Latina/WOC community leaders, empaths, creatives, and service professionals to holistically heal themselves and to find their true calling. Since 1998, she’s worked in the healing and spiritual arts specializing in childhood and generational trauma, stress management, and ending toxic relationships.
