Join Nature Bathing guide Jodie for some special time with your little one. You will embark on a 90-minute journey through the senses and into your heart space, allowing for deep connections with nature, yourself, and your little one to unfold naturally.
Unlike typical parent and baby groups, this event encourages a much slower pace, inviting you to simply be with your child in the embrace of nature. It's a mindful and conscious practice to pause, connect, and cherish these moments together.
We will guide your little one to all the senses through connecting to nature, the textures, the colours, the scents and the sounds. A deeply heart connecting experience.
You'll start with a guided sensory meditation and a series of gentle invitations to explore alongside your little one. Afterwards, we'll come together to enjoy tea and snacks as an opportunity to make connections with other parents.
What to bring?
Please note there are baby change facilities and toilets however the cafe will not be open so bring baby food/drinks needed
Please ensure you and your little one are in warm clothing with layers and waterproof.
Sling/Carrier to enable you to connect more fully in nature. If this is a limitation please contact me if you need to attend with a stroller.
Water bottle to keep yourself hydrated
Something to sit on, if you have a little sit mat or a small piece of tarp this is helpful to keep folded in your pocket.
