Join us for a rejuvenating one-day nature retreat designed to help you reset, reconnect, and realign with your intentions for the 2026 year ahead. Surrounded by nature’s winter calm, you’ll be guided through nourishing experiences including forest bathing, creative arts, journaling, and other nature-based wellbeing practices. Together in a supportive community of women and expert wellness guides, you’ll find space to rest, reflect, and awaken your creative energy—grounding your vision for the year to come. Lunch and snacks provided!

About Jessica Jurcak:
Jessica M. Jurcak, MS, MPH, RD, LD
Founder, DiscovHer Wellbeing LLC
Jessica, based in northeast Ohio, has earned master’s degrees in nutrition and public health. She is a registered dietitian, a certified group fitness instructor, a tobacco cessation program facilitator, a Level 1 Reiki practitioner, and a Certified Forest Bathing Guide through the international Forest Therapy Hub (FTHub).
Jessica is a co-leader for the North American FTHub Seedlings Network and an FTHub trainer for new Forest Bathing Guides and Nature Connection Specialists. She finds the greatest sense of peace and well-being when out in nature, and she aims to connect people with the science, the beauty, and the healing of the natural environment.
With her business, DiscovHer Wellbeing, she aims to guide women and girls to discover their inner confidence and improve their wellbeing using nature as a guide. She is also a Wellbeing Manager at a healthcare system in northeast Ohio, and is working to integrate nature-based solutions into the world of modern healthcare for optimal patient outcomes.
