Join Laurence Turcios, a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Practitioner, for a unique outdoor experience at Cross Timbers Park that blends gentle movement, mindfulness, and connection with nature. We’ll begin with a light yoga stretch to ease into the moment and prepare our bodies for the day. Then, we’ll immerse ourselves in a guided Forest Bathing practice, where you’ll engage all your senses and let nature soothe your mind and soul. Afterward, we’ll gather for a sharing circle and enjoy tea together, creating a space for reflection and connection. Throughout the session, you can expect mindfulness meditation, journaling in nature, or even a touch of simple nature art to deepen your experience. This class is perfect for anyone looking to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and enjoy the healing power of the outdoors.
$35, Open to ages 14+
Bring water bottle, hat/sun protection, wear insect repellent, wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring a towel/cloth to sit/lie down on (no yoga mat needed).
