Nature Rx: Campus WalksSeptember - November 2025
1st & 3rd Wednesdays at 9:30am
Meet outside Kindlon Hall at the circle garden near the parking lot.
Our Nature Rx: Wellness Walks create an opportunity for all to connect with nature, explore green spaces, spark interest in biodiversity, and have fun together outdoors! Our walks are offered seasonally year-round. Explore the seasons and note how nature changes throughout the year.
Dress for the weather. The unpaved nature trail is approximately 1/2 mile. Trail conditions vary by season.
Every walk is led by Certified Illinois Master Naturalists. Open to all ages! Picnic benches are available at the end of the walk. The Jurica-Suchy Nature Museum will also be open at the end of the walk.
