February is all about love! Love comes in many forms and sometimes the most complicated of them all is how we treat ourselves! We invite you into sacred space for a Loving Kindness reflection, a day of renewal, and intentional mental clarity. This nature based retreat gently guides participants into a grounded, focused state—supporting mental clarity, emotional balance, and aligned intention for the year ahead.
12:00–12:30 | Nourishing Lunch & Opening Blessing
Arrive welcomed with a natural, nutritious lunch designed to support steady energy and mental focus. The meal begins with a short opening blessing, grounding the group in gratitude, presence, and collective intention, creating a calm, connected tone for the afternoon.
12:45–1:00 | Loving Kindness Guided Meditation
A brief guided meditation invites participants into loviing kindness, a state of being in gratitude and self love, followed by a gentle vibrational hum and Om chant to calm the nervous system and harmonize the group. This practice helps quiet mental chatter and prepares the mind for deeper clarity and insight.
1:00–1:30 | Sound Healing Meditation & Floral Aromatherapy Meditation
Participants are guided into a deeply restorative sound bath experience using crystal bowls and therapeutic instruments. Aromatherapy is incorporated to enhance relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity. This session allows the body and mind to fully settle before movement, supporting deeper presence and openness.
1:45–2:15 | Slow Flow Yoga for Clarity & Balance
A slow, gentle, mindful yoga flow designed to release tension, improve circulation, and softly awaken the body. Movements are paired with breath awareness and moments of pause, helping participants integrate the stillness cultivated earlier while increasing energy and focus.
2:30–3:15 | Intention-Setting In Nature
Engage in reflective and interactive activities that help translate inner awareness into meaningful, actionable intentions, such as:
Prompted journaling for clarity and vision
Intention-setting prompts for the months ahead
Quiet indoor reflection or outdoor nature-inspired contemplation
3:30–3:45 | Forest Walk (indoor option available.)
Outdoor Labyrinth Walk
3:45 -4:00 | Closing Circle, and Fire Pit
The retreat concludes with a closing circle, offering space for gentle sharing, reflection, and integration. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and clear—carrying renewed intention into your personal and professional life.
