Wild Art Summer Programme

FREE Children’s Wild Art Summer Activities

Looking for something creative to do in the Summer Holiday?

Then why not join us at the Severn Gorge Countryside Trust for a series of art sessions running every Friday! Learn different art skills and techniques from our talented tutors, taking inspiration, and perhaps even materials, from the natural world. All sessions are FREE, but please note booking is essential as places are limited. We recommend that these sessions are suitable for children aged 8+ and they will need to attend with a parent or carer (adults do not require their own ticket).

This programme has been made possible thanks to Envirogrant, a community grant run by Veolia in partnership with Telford & Wrekin Council.

Severn Gorge Countryside Trust

This workshop is being hosted by the Severn Gorge Countryside Trust, a local charity.

The Trust’s aim is to promote, protect and conserve the living landscape of the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site, which has a diverse range of habitats, including wildflower meadows, woodlands and heathlands. But that’s not all! We maintain over 20 kilometres of footpaths, conserve and protect 60 historic structures, run exciting Outdoor Learning and Volunteering Programmes to encourage local people and visitors to engage with the natural environment in a variety of ways.

All proceeds from this workshop will support the work of the Severn Gorge Countryside Trust.
