In this program I'll offer multiple guided meditations, walking meditation, and a few short talks on how we can adopt the lessons from nature for a healthier and happier mindset. The route we'll be hiking will total approximately 5 miles round trip.

ABOUT ME:
As a meditation practitionner of over ten years, I've studied a variety of wisdom traditions and stress reduction techniques. My main focus of study has been Buddhist meditation and philosophy. Previoulsy I have led a meditation group for young adults in New Haven, CT. I've participated in multiple retreats and meditation training programs throughout the last 10 years. My day to day work is in the film industry as a director, cinematographer, and editor. One of my biggest passions is spending time in nature. I feel most connected and grounded when in touch with the natural world and it's why I decided to take this approach to my meditation teaching. Our connection to the earth is one of our strongest tools in maintaining our joy and peace.
