Meta House warmly invites you to the opening of NATURE OF WOMAN, a bold and thought-provoking exhibition showcasing the works of emerging Cambodian artists Fia Ry and Billy S., with powerful contributions by Sao Sopheak (Video), Yon Davy (Dance), and Chan Vimean (Texts).Billy S. works with pastel and colored pencils on paper. He often works with live models, transforming their presence into portraits and characters that explore abstraction, surrealism, and realism, capturing both emotion and imagination. Fia Ry expresses her personal reflections through painting and performance, while also engaging with broader themes such as women’s rights, the environment, and mental health. Cambodian filmmaker Sao Sopheak shows her video art dance piece “The Green Net”, featuring dancer and choreographer Yon Davy.
