Feel more grounded and empowered, from a place of relaxation and wholeness. Gain insight and tools for continuing a nature-based journey of health and happiness.
Nature Healing Group Session Agenda:
5 min. Highs & Lows, or Release & Receive
20 min. Guided sensory meditation
10 min. Embodied connection
15 min. Sit spot belonging
10 min. Reflection talk or drive back to work
We start with:
"What was my high point this week? My low point?"
or
"What do I want to release today? What may I be open to receive?"
And then go into relational space with the woods to recenter ourselves in who we're truly called to be.
Bring a water bottle and your own lunch, if you want.
