The nature meditation that we will be guiding you through is EcoNIDRA.
EcoNIDRA is a deeply relaxing practice for both your mind and body. With its roots set deeply within Yoga Nidra - it is where Nature Connection and Shavasana meet.
You will be guided by my voice through a triple journey; firstly through your senses, then a pilgrimage through your body and lastly through the earth via Nature's soundscapes and our connection with the our mother land.
Each session is approx 45 minutes.
You will need to bring something to lie on, you may also wish to bring a cushion or pillow for comfort and a throw for warmth.
It would also be good to bring some water with you.
