Nature Journaling in Cedarvale Park
Come join us for a relaxing afternoon of nature journaling in the beautiful Allan Gardens! This in-person event is perfect for nature lovers, artists, and anyone looking to unwind surrounded by the great outdoors. Grab your favorite journal and pen, and let's explore the greenhouses together while capturing the beauty of nature on paper. No prior experience is necessary - just bring your creativity and a sense of adventure! Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with nature and unleash your inner artist.
Where to meet: We'll meet out front of the Conservatory at 10:00 a.m.
What to bring:
-your favourite materials (a sketchbook and pen/pencil is all you need)-water bottle-snacks-hat, sunscreen-portable stool (optional)-binoculars (optional)
What to expect:
Kim will do an Intro to Nature Journaling, provide an easy-to-follow prompt, and then we'll head into the greenhouses to fill our books with our discoveries. Folks are welcome to tag along with Kim or go off on their own. We'll meet back up at 12:00 to share our work.
