A Wild Beings event, part of a series of wellbeing activities for adults, providing a safe and supportive space to reconnect with nature.
About this Event

Wild Beings is a series of wellbeing activities for adults, providing a safe and supportive space to reconnect with nature in a meaningful way. All sessions include mindfulness and a nature inspired activity.

During this morning in the woods, you will have the opportunity to create your very own nature journal and be inspired through art, poetry and prose, to make your first journal entries. Our experienced facilitators will guide you through the process helping you to create a journal that is both unique and personal to you.

The morning will include:

  • Welcome and hot drinks using the Kelly kettles
  • Guided mindfulness exercise
  • Creating your own nature journal with materials provided
  • Various nature-based activities to inspire you to make your first journal entries
  • A reflective exercise to round off the session

There will also be time to sit and chat, a hammock to relax in and an opportunity to learn how to use the Kelly kettles.

The session will be led by experienced ‘wellbeing in nature’ practitioners from Wiltshire Wildlife Trust’s Wellbeing Team, and will include all tools and materials needed as well as hot drinks and biscuits.

Wild Beings is a perfect way to escape the stresses of daily life and reconnect with nature in a meaningful way. This experience is suitable for adults of all ages and abilities.

So why not join us for a morning of creativity, mindfulness, and connection with nature? Book your spot today and get ready to unleash your inner ‘wild being’!

Prior booking is essential. Further details, such as directions and what to bring on the day, will be sent following booking, or by emailing [email protected].
