About this Event
An opportunity to visit the Southmead Hospital allotment, and immerse yourself in learning about how the North Bristol Trust Nature for Wellbeing programme is embedding nature into the site's statutory healthcare services.
Lead by Lu Harling, Green Spaces Co-ordinator in the Sustainable Health Directorate at North Bristol Trust, you will hear from speakers from the Trust itself and programme partners about their approach to and experiences of the work, and have the opportunity to tour the allotment and other Southmead greenspaces. Opportunities to connect with nature and network with eachother as attendees will be available as part of the event.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
Our meeting point for the event will be at the allotments, the exact location for which is at WhatThreeWords ///lakes.snake.gaps.
We encourage bus and bicyle travel to the event, where possible. Bike parking available nearby.
Car parking is also available onsite in the paid hospital car parks. The closest available spaces are at Monks parkway, a short walk from the allotment.
