Nature Immersion Grief Circle

Join us for a compassionate Circle, guided by experienced facilitators, where you will connect with others experiencing loss. All forms of grief are welcome, whether it's from the death of a loved one, major life events, break-ups, divorce, past trauma, shifting personal identity, and more.

In this safe space, we will engage in powerful conversations that alleviate the weight of grief. Nature will be our guide throughout, offering solace and support. You will be witnessed and reminded that you are not alone.

While prompts will be provided for reflection, what you choose to share in the Circle is entirely up to you. Tears, laughter, and silence are all equally welcome.

Embrace the warmth of community, find solace and strength in nature, and create space for light to filter through.

Join us for an in-person workshop on July 6th, followed by a Zoom call on Saturday, July 13th, from 10 am to 11 am. This check-in call will provide an opportunity for us to connect, share our experiences, and support one another in our individual journeys of healing and growth.
