Together we gather surrounded by lush greenery and flowing waters to recenter. Through guided meditation, journaling, Earth grounding, and full-spectrum expression, we slow down and remember our inner WILD.
At the end of our immersion we'll take a cold plunge in Mother Earth's waters for renewal.
