Join us for a morning of fresh air, connection, and rejuvenation on our women's hike at Turkey Creek!

This hike is a chance for women to connect in the outdoors and meet new friends. There will also be an opportunity to try out some guided mindfulness practices to help us unwind and rejuvenate. Women of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels are welcome!
Logistics & things to bring:
\- layers / appropriate dress for the weather
\- Water
\- Hiking shoes or water shoes with tread \this trail has shallow water crossings that can be rocky so please wear appropriate footwear\
\- Sun protection including hat / sunglasses
\- This trail has rocks and vertical portions so please wear sturdy hiking shoes
While we love furry friends, we respectfully ask that pets refrain from attending our hikes. This allows us to pour our attention to the humans in our group.
We are donation-based to support the cost of event facilitation and page maintenance (suggested donation: $7-15; donations are never required but very welcome). Donations may be sent by Venmo to @journeylandandsoul.
