Are you ready to brew your own tea using plants from our Garden? All in the name of personal wellbeing. As part of this calming botanical tea-blending workshop, you'll be led on a gentle stroll through Adelaide Botanic Garden to explore, touch and smell a range of plants which can be used to make tea.
You'll then be guided through a Tea Ritual where our resident therapeutic horticulturalist will share how different types of teas can be made for seasonal uses, for pleasure and for social connections.
Participants will create their own personalised tea blend to sample and take away.
Light morning refreshments, a tea container and tea blend are included in the price.
There will be an outdoor component of this workshop, so please dress accordingly to the weather conditions on the day.
Nature Based Wellbeing at the Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium are indulgent and unforgettable experiences for the soul and senses, and will equip you with life-long skills to nourish your wellbeing and relationship with nature.
