Cultivate a naturally calm mind and rooted presence in 2026 with nature-based mindfulness meditation at Crabtree Farms.This monthly meditation group invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the living cycles of the natural world. Through gentle guided meditation, mindful walking, and quiet reflection—indoors and outdoors, weather permitting—we will practice presence with plants, soil, weather, and our own bodies as trusted teachers.
All are welcome. No meditation or nature experience is needed. Each gathering offers a spacious, grounding reset and a chance to build a steady relationship with nature as a source of insight, resilience, and care. The meditations are offered freely, and donations are gladly accepted to support Crabtree Farms and the meditation teacher.
Nature-Based Mindfulness Meditation is led by Holli Richey, an Eco therapist and nature-based meditation practitioner who is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher mentored by Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield and Susan Reviere of Atlanta Insight Meditation.
