About this Event
Experience the wonders of nature after dark on this guided night hike at Seabranch Preserve State Park on January 21. Led by knowledgeable state park staff, we’ll explore the endangered scrub habitat under the serene night sky. As we wander the trails, we’ll tune into the sights and sounds of the nocturnal world, uncovering the unique creatures and hidden signs of life that awaken after sunset. This peaceful evening adventure is perfect for those seeking a deeper connection to Florida’s natural beauty.
DETAILS
- FREE program, but reservations are required
- This program will begin at 6:00pm and last until approximately 7:30pm
- Please wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear
- Bring a flashlight, water, sunscreen, and bug spray
- Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult
- No pets
- All participants will be required to sign waivers that will be provided at the start of the program
