Join Maine Master Naturalist Paul Dest as part of our Naturalist Adventure Series. He will lead a guided hike of our Smelt Brook Preserve to learn about the York River and its wetlands and wildlife, and about the more than decade-long effort to designate it into the National Park Service’s Partnership Wild and Scenic Rivers Program. We will also hear from Maine Master Naturalist-in-training Anna DiChiara! This event is free and open to the public. We will park in the Highland Farm Preserve parking lot and walk across the road to Smelt Brook Preserve. Registration is required.
