Sapelo Island is home to the 6,100-acre Sapelo Island National Estuarine Research Reserve (SINERR). Located along the western perimeter of Sapelo, SINERR is dedicated to research, education, stewardship, and sound management of coastal resources.Join SINERR Education Coordinator Adam Mackinnon as he shares a behind-the-scenes look into the vital work being done, how SINERR fits into the extensive network of National Estuarine Research Reserves, and how you can get involved!
Doors open at 6:30 pm at our Brunswick office (7 Glynn Ave., Brunswick). The lecture begins at 7 pm, with Q&A to follow. Light refreshments will be served. This event is free, but we ask that you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
