The school has been a hotbed of controversy regarding natural, organic, and biodynamic wines since its founding in 2001. For the past 20 years, we have emphasized the importance of natural wines in all of our wine classes. It's been a long-standing request of our students to offer an in-depth class on natural wines. This is it. The natural wine movement is a tour de force of crazy-beautiful people. This class will expose you to a wide variety of wines from around the world.
