About the experts:

Isadora Caporali is an expert in essential oils, supplements, and hormonal health. It was due to personal experiences, that included losing her mother, when she started diving into the world of natural medicine with essential oils.

Carel is an ex-military and yoga teacher, he’s also a coach for fathers who want to be more conscious and healthy.

Together, they combine not only a wide range of expertise and tools to support ourselves towards a better health, but have been also actively working on incorporating them in their daily life, which is not always easy with two small boys at home.
