Join us at West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village for a beginner’s taster day where you can try your hand at natural dyeing using plants.All materials will be provided (including samples of wool, linen and silk).
Take home your own dyed samples.
Hear about how the Anglo-Saxons dyed their cloth and the colours they used.

Meet at the Visitor Centre
Capacity - 10 people per workshop
Please wear old clothes and bring an apron.
The workshop will be held outside and some parts without cover so please dress appropriately for the weather.
Please bring your own lunch. There is also a café on site
Does not include admission to the Anglo-Saxon Village
