Nature keeps coming up time and again as an antidote to todays world of illusion and confusion. We need to ground and breath and connect to the forest floor and canopy above and be held in Mother's embrace and her freedom from duality. Join me for my next Forest Bathing offering on Enchanting Run. If you have not tried this contemplative way of approaching nature I think you will find it deepens our sense of connection so the idea of the web of life, becomes experiential in the here and now. We can embody this experience and nature will bring us home.
Next time is scheduled for October 5 from 1 to 4. This is always an adventure tailored to who attends. You will learn some key basic Forest Communion techniques. We will share and spend time immersed and receptive to the flows of nature all around us. We will bring our heartbreak and stress to this forest cathedral, coming as we are to remember a deeper truth that can help us now.
