Make your own completely natural handmade soap, from scratch!Using palm-free, plant-based oils and butters, you'll learn about saponification with natural lye. And, following one of our six gorgeous tried-and-tested recipes (five of which are vegan), you'll add natural ingredients including essential oils and plant additives to make your own soap loaf, which you'll take home to cut and cure (you'll be shown how). You'll also learn how to formulate your own blends, how to handle the materials safely and how to test your soap at all the relevant stages.
Suitable for complete beginners, you will be guided through every step by Wendy, owner of The Little Craftery, and life-long crafter.
The workshop runs for approximately 2 hours. Enjoy learning some new skills in a calm, relaxed environment. All materials and refreshments are included in the price.
